1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using AiLoveKit (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Service Description
AiLoveKit provides a collection of online tools to edit, convert, compress, and manage PDF files. Some tools operate fully in your browser, while others may require secure server-side processing of your files. You will be clearly notified when a tool uploads your file for processing.
3. File Upload and Processing
Files uploaded to AiLoveKit for processing are transmitted securely via HTTPS and are automatically deleted within 15-60 minutes after the task is completed. AiLoveKit does not access, review, or retain your file contents.
All file processing is done in real time and files are never saved or retained on our servers beyond the processing period. Files are processed in memory only and are immediately deleted after processing or in case of any error or interruption.
We never log or export original file content in application/server logs. Any temporary files created during processing are automatically deleted immediately after use.
4. User Responsibilities
- You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes.
- You must not upload any content that is illegal, harmful, infringing, or violates the rights of others.
- You are responsible for ensuring that the content you upload complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
5. Account Registration
Some features may require account creation. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, code, and assets on AiLoveKit are the property of AiLoveKit unless otherwise stated. You may not duplicate, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
AiLoveKit is provided "as is" and "as available." While we strive for accuracy and reliability, we make no guarantees regarding the availability, accuracy, or outcome of the tools. AiLoveKit is not liable for any loss of data, content corruption, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
In any failure scenario, all buffers or temp file remnants are automatically deleted to ensure no data leakage.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, without prior notice, if we believe you are in violation of these Terms or applicable laws.
9. Privacy
Your use of AiLoveKit is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and handle your information.
10. Data Minimization
AiLoveKit follows data minimization principles. We only collect and process the minimum amount of personal data necessary to provide our services. We do not collect or process any data beyond what is strictly necessary for the operation of our tools.
11. Security Measures
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including:
- SSL/TLS encryption for all data transmission
- Secure server access controls
- Automatic file purging after processing
- Regular security audits and monitoring
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with the revised effective date. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which AiLoveKit operates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that region.
